Dear All:

I think it is a good idea to send out welcome packages to those who are 
new to Al-Anon.  If folks are just new to ASP but are already members of 
Al-Anon, newcomers packets are not necessary. That would be like giving 5 
newcomer packets to a person who attends 5 different F2F meetings in 
different locations. If someone specifically states that they are new to 
Al-Anon, then they should be offered the packet.
