[Businessmtg] Consensus reached regaring Newcomer Packets and open to a motion

Hello Everyone,

Heather is without computer access for a couple of days and it seems that we have come to a consensus regarding Newcomers Packets.  I would like to say thanks to everyone for your involvement, discussion and sharing of ESH and knowledge.  Learning more about the KBDM process and how to use it has been a growing opportunity for me and I hope for you as well and it is not without its bumps for sure, but we are forging ahead.

As I said, it appears from all the discussion that we have come to the consensus that "yes we would like to send Newcomers Packets to those who are new to Al-Anon and that it will be a regular expense for ASP."  

If someone would like to make a motion regarding this consensus and include in the motion that this they are a part of our regular expenses, then we can move forward.  

At this point, I am only stepping in as a backup to Heathers chairing the meeting to keep the meeting moving forward.  I'm sure we will be hearing from her when she once again has internet access!  :)
