Maybe the questions need to be restated again.? It is frustrating for me to hear basically two people argue on one side, and the rest of the members to be arguing from the opposite side.? IMHO, I think the basic facts are, as our treasurer stated previously, that ASP does not have the money to send ANYONE to international.? Therefore, the arguments about why and how are moot.? If you don't have the money to buy a new car, then why would you bother arguing about the color?
