I don't know. I just threw out the suggestion - not to say it would work but I'm also at a loss as to what will. I was unaware we ran 3 in the past so it sounds like that idea needs to get tossed.  I thought maybe if time commitment was the fear then that could help minimize it. Just trying to come up with some thoughts because it looks like what we do now isn't working. I guess all we can do at this point is toss out ideas/thoughts and see if there is a viable solution. Maybe shorten the length of time commitment to six months? I don't know, maybe you've already tried that, too. 

 

Just some thoughts jumpin' out of my head - not to say they'll work but I guess it gives us all something to talk/think about. :)
