I'm new to the business meeting but in my humble opinion doesn't concept three give the direction that we should trust the servants to do what they have been elected to do in the way they think best for the entire group?  If that is the case I think Kathy should do what is convenient for her unless it will do harm to the group.  

As a side note, thank you Jerry for your past service and effort to make a functional transition.
