[Businessmtg] the Process of business meeting

Hi,

 

While I appreciate Steve's enthusiasm we do have a process here in the Business meeting for accepting resumes, etc.  We need to allow time for the members of the meeting to review and ask any questions they might have of Jennifer regarding her resume and service history.  Therefore, the floor is still open to questions.feel free to ask them as needed.  

 

After giving everyone a reasonable length of time to review the resume put forward, I will then call for a motion to accept and then I will ask for the voting poll to be opened so that each person can vote on this position.

 

It is necessary that we follow the process each and every time we hold a business meeting.
