Greetings ASP Business Members,  

Everyone seems in agreement that an officer of ASP needs to have been a member or at least one year.  Before we are able to move on to the next issue regarding qualifications for serving as an officer in ASP, we need to discuss what defines "participation" in ASP.  Steve suggested that participation be defined as one needing to be an ACTIVE member of ASP by attending regularly and participating fully.
