[Businessmtg] Service requirements

Hello all,

I have been reading all the discussion about whether a member of AA/Al-Anon (ASP) ought to be allowed to serve in the more responsible positions. I am really new to the organizational workings of Al-Anon and don't feel qualified to contribute much on this matter. 

I can understand the various points of view and in the end, I fall into the more conservative position of not allowing dual members to serve in the more responsible officer positions.
