If we use a nation wide bank to set up an account instead of a local bank it may be an easier fit.  An account can be started in one state but if the next treasurer has access to the same bank, just a different branch, the account doesn't have to be changed.  With banks having internet access the account stays the same.  Just an idea to avoid having to continually set up a new account.
