Thank you Jerry for providing additional information - 

>From what I understand:

We have a EIN 

A EIN is insufficient for Paypal - Paypal requires proof of incorporation as a non-profit.

As a non US citizen  Paypal is my method of donating to ASP - Without Paypal as a Canadian I would have to go to my Bank to purchase a U.S. $ money order - pay service fee for the money order --and then mail off the donation - double a normal stamp! Paypal is nice and simple - 

According to World Service Office most banks will still open a account for a local group with a EIN - however this does not apply... 


We require Paypal - 

In order to have Paypal we have to incorporate - It does not appear that we have any choice- 

We need by-laws
