Box, offers to download & draft forms for Steering Committee review, to act as interim treasurer, if necessary, to submit to the IRS & state, possible discount on possible legal matters, etc.  Take good care of your health.  We need you.

This will likely be a consensus.  Will there, also, be a democratic vote?

This is my first post to a business meeting.  It refused to send the first time.  So, if it comes through twice, please chalk it up to a cyber simpletons foul up.
