[Businessmtg] Consensus? Voting?

I have to apologize, I'm a bit unfamiliar with how we are going to cast our
votes on the incorporation issue. And I've misplaced the email with the
links to the method. Can someone email me? If this were a Roberts-Rules type
of thing, I'd say we have enough consensus to call the question. I don't
know how it works under what we're using. I guess it boils down to "are we
ready to make the decision?"

I believe that incorporating is going to take some time, and the sooner we
get this going, the sooner we will be where we need to be. Yet I don't want
to rush through this without people speaking their pieces.

I can't think of anything I can do to help with this process, other than
offer to call or visit the WSO for whatever may be needed from them (it's
local for me).
