[Businessmtg] Business meeting--Incorporation

Hello Business Meeting Friends,

I've been following the discussion and I am in support of the following 
points:

A. Go forward with incorporation
B. Steering Committee to draft by-laws
C. Vote on By-laws at Septmeber Business meeting
D. Steve to download, prepare, route forms for signature as needed
E. Steve will submit forms to IRS and State of Washington

I like the idea of ASP having a permanent home with Steve in Washington.

Hopefully Jerry will hang in there until the process is complete, but if 
not, I have no problem with Steve as Interim Treasurer.
