Hi Everyone,
 
I am going away for a couple of days and will have limited access to
email so I thought I would share a little bit of info about the
webmaster position.  I have been the ASP Webmaster since 5/2006.  I did
not have any experience when I made myself available.  I volunteered
because there was a need, I wanted to do Al-Anon/ASP service and I was
interested in learning about web pages and HTML.  ASP uses software that
is user friendly, as long as you are familiar with MS Word, you can
easily learn how to maintain our site.
 
The time commitment is minimal, I have attached links to the pages that
need occasional updating.
 
*	Daily (or close to daily) - check the webmaster mailbox
*	Monthly - receive treasurer's report and post

*	Bi-annually - update the meeting schedule page

resulting from the meetings; manage the voting polls when decisions come

*	Serve as a member of the Steering Committee

I am happy to answer any questions anyone might have.  I have enjoyed my
time as webmaster it has been a rewarding experience.  I encourage you
to consider taking on the position.
