Greetings ASP Business Members, 

Thank you all for attending our ASP Business Meeting.  A Serenity Place would not be able to operate without the participation and service of its members.  


AGENDA
1. Elect a new webmaster.
2. Decision on whether to incorporate or not.  Steve will lead the discussion regarding this topic.
3. Treasury funds that are over prudent reserves.

We are looking for someone to make themselves available to be ASP's webmaster.  Anne, who has previously held this post can describe what this position entails.  For any who are interested in this position, please feel free to ask any questions and your inquiries will be promptly addressed.

The Business Meeting is now open for discussion.  The first item on our agenda is to elect a new webmaster.
