Thank you all for attending our ASP Business Meeting.  A Serenity Place 
would not be able to operate without the participation and service of its 
members.

3.  Disposition of the Prudent Reserve 

4.  The status of our Secretary 

e.  Review new WSO suggested opening for meetings.

The Business Meeting is now open for discussion.  The first item on our
