Given the issues at hand, and that there has been somewhat of a blurring of issues, I do think we have enough information to vote on whether to take 50% over our reserve to provide to the WSO.  I would like additional information on what specifically the OLA-IS...like their vision, their strategic plan, and our representation in that effort.  I need to understand specifically what they offer to us outside of the WSO that furthers our desires.  Why we should take fellowship funds to support them.  It sounds like it may center upon a desire to behave as a group vs a meeting, and supporting that effort, but I have not heard us as a group say that we have agreed and determined that that is a collective goal.  
I personally don't think any of the decision making to support them interferes however with our ability and need to support the WSO.
