[Businessmtg] OLA-IS to OAOC

It's been awhile since the name  OLA-IS was changed and I couldn't remember why or what it was changed to until I went on the link that Anne just sent.  OLA-IS  (On Line Al-Anon Information Service) was changed to OAOC (On-line Al-Anon Outreach Committee).  So ...I just realized that there is actually no OLA-IS anymore.  I veguely remember this being done but does anyone remember why?  If we do decide to send any contributions then our motion would have to read OAOC.  I am curious to hear what they are doing to help our meetings today.  As I said in my previous share, I believe we on-line members are our best and most powerful voice for on-line meetings when we share our positive experiences with other f2f members about the benefits of on-line meetings. If OAOC is a benefit as well, then I would like to help support them. Emee
