Thank you Susan for your message.  I respect the right of the Chairperson to
table discussions while the call goes out for a Secretary however that does
not require a discussion.  I fail to understand why the discussion cannot
continue or be brought to a vote.

Consensus means majority of opinion.  Consensus does not mean unanimous.  We
have consensus and I believe that this needs to be brought to a vote.  This
was discussed in the Business meeting at least two years ago and as far as I
was aware it was decided by  a consensus with no vote taken.  The matter was
never brought up again.  This business meeting will expire in one week and
once again we have not made any decisions.
