Hi ASPers,

I apologize for the snafu - brain farts are a specialty of mine.  I got the
address messed up in message #1 and left #2 in the Draft Folder instead of
sending it.  Hopefully, you'll have received #1 & #2 by the time you've
received this note.  

OK, this is where we are at . . . 

The guidelines and protocols of the Business Meeting have been sent out -
please read them.

The Agenda has been posted.

We are holding while we wait to see if anyone else is interested in serving
as Secretary.

I understand that some of you may be confused after reading my opening notes
#1 & #2.  So, here's were we are right now . . .

 

 

 

1.    We announce that the position of Secretary is open. 

 

2.    Any member of ASP meeting the qualifications** for the Officers of ASP
may make themselves available.  The qualifications to serve as an officer of
ASP are listed below under "Important Notes".

 

Members make themselves available by providing their Al-Anon resume to the
Chair of this meeting.  If you are interested in making yourself available
for one of the ASP Officer positions, please complete the resume form and
submit it to me no later than midnight, Friday August 3, 2012 (Pacific
time).  To obtain a resume form, go to
http://www.asp-afg.org/Archived%20Pages/index.htm and beneath "Resume" click
on either format (MS Word Document, Adobe PDF or HTML).  Save the format,
complete and email back to me at steve at serenitysys.com.

 

3.    The deadline for submitting a resume is Midnight, Friday August 3,
2012.  Pacific Time.

 

 

 

We have one resume from Melanie for the position of Secretary.  

 

If anyone in the Business Meeting is interested in making themselves
available for this position, please complete a resume form and send it to me
directly.
