Hello All,

I have communicated with Denise regarding the administrative tasks
associated with being List Administrator, and the time committment
involved. I feel confident that I can manage the ebb and flow of tasks
associated with monitoring shares, server bounces,  and
removes/adds/changes to the list.  As a current Steering Committe member, I
am also very familiar with the ASP list guidelines and the structure and
content of our Business Website which makes for an easy transition.  I am
also confident in the foundation of support available from the other
Steering Committee members during the transition of duties.

 I have also taken the opportunity to view the 'dashboard' site used for
administration of the list, and from a technical perspective, it all looks
very familiar to me.  I work as an administrator in the IT department of a
large law firm, and and my exposure to user provisioning and the associated
web-based software  will make the technical side of this role fairly easy.
