I am NOT in favor in giving ALL the excess funds to WSO, unless I have seen specific proofs that WSO truly supports online meetings, that is, they have taken concrete steps in promoting and helping online meetings. I am not convinced that they do so far. Shares that offer concrete proofs seem to lean towards the opposite - that instead of supporting, they would like to get something out of online meetings and that such meetings have not become a priority of WSO when in fact, online meetings like ASP have become a lifeline for a lot of Al-Anon members.

I am in favor of sending a portion/percentage of the excess funds because ASP is Al-Anon. The rest to be sent to an entity that supports online meetings, when such support has been established. I believe that WSO is adequately supported by f2f groups already.

I am not aware of Al-Anon structures as I have no f2f to join in my country. I have not experienced any direct support from WSO. The CALs I use in ASP, I paid for all of them. I don't call them support from WSO because these CALs are quite expensive.
