I have mentioned before that not all of our members are in countries that have GSO's - secondly many GSO's make contributions to the WSO. My understanding prior was that OLA? sent their excess funds to WSO. I am fine with the 50% or $500. for now and then continue to investigate OLA etc., Sandie
