I believe we need to re-evaluate our group's needs and possibly change our Prudent Reserve amount however, we did vote to send contributions to WSO and have not yet done so.  It ought not matter that this vote passed 5 years ago...what matters is that we make good on our word. I would like us to keep the promise we made and then re-evaluate our group's needs to see if our present Prudent Reserve is filling our needs. We would only send our excess from this PR to WSO. I move that we send WSO a check immediately for all of the missed contributions we had agreed to send them, and every year thereafter, as long as we have excess in our Prudent Reserve.Emee
