[Businessmtg] Over prudent reserve - Treasurer's note

Hi Bus Meeting friends....

Our prudent reserve as posted on the website lists one year's expenses at
$1301.00.   As of the end of January, we had $2218.41 in our account.   Of
the $917.41 in excess of the prudent reserve, we have reserved $500 for
estimated costs associated with incorporation.   I have excluded newcomers
packets from the discussion for now...

	That leaves a balance of $417. 41. 
 
Unlike F2F meetings we meet daily.  I don't "pass the basket" daily or even
monthly, I typically average bi-monthly appeals although sometimes time gets
away from me and the basket may not get passed for an extended period of
time.  

The next statement update will come at the end of the month and I will be
passing the basket again at that time.
