I have been holding back my thoughts because I have been unwilling to face
the criticism I see going on here.

The fact that I want to duck and hide says two things: a) this discussion
is not about hearing ideas, but has become a forum for criticizing ideas
and b) I need to put on my big girl pants and say what I think, and let all
the expected flaming go straight to the trash.

Yes, you read that right. I am expecting the same sort of criticism I see
going around here to be directed at me.

Think about that folks. It's not constructive. The fact that it has held
even one member back from speaking says that we as a group need to evaluate
how we are addressing the group to make sure that we are not attacking one
another, even giving the impression that we are.

Anyway.

I think that all money above our prudent reserve should go straight to the
WSO. They will deploy it to the countries that need it.

Holding money back for projects that are not officially approved by this
current business meeting, or choosing to hold money back in the hopes that
some organization will be created or resurrected so we have a voice is not
looking at things how they are. We have no projects currently approved, and
right now there is no organization active to allow us to have a voice. Sad?
Yes. True? Absolutely.

Anyway, donning my fireproof cloak and ducking...
