[Businessmtg] Donation of Excess Funds

I like Jerry's idea of bringing up each item from Steve's compromise and voting on it individually; not as a package.

I am all in favor of donating to the WSO - and at this point, donating 100% of our prudent reserve to them. 

As for the other suggestions of donating to the OLAIS (or whatever those initials are) and GSOs from other countries - I just do not feel like I have enough unbiased information to make an informed decision on these two. 

I've been going back and forth in my mind about holding onto that 10% for other/future projects or donations or whatever. I think that at this time, without a clear purpose, this is not necessary. With the basket being passed on a fairly regular basis, it seems like that money will be available through new donations when we decide we have a specific purpose there.
