Sorry for not replying sooner - I didn't say that I totally agreed with Steve's suggestion - I said that I could live with it as I want to see us move ahead. Personally My # 1 - is 100% of all reserve funds going to the WSO If we choose to only send 50% or 75% then I would like further discussion on the topic of the remaining funds. Sandie
