Subject: [Businessmtg] PR Discussion, cont.

Melanie and all,

It would be fair to say that my position is that all

our money in excess of our Prudent Reserve should be

sent to the WSO.

Under Knowledge-Based Decision Making, the idea is to

create consensus with the goal of unanimity, and it is

for this reason I have voiced a number of positions

(including the mentioned $200 seed fund) toward approaching

this end. I encourage others to contemplate and voice options

which may result in us finding a point of near agreement.

In descending order my current preferences are:

1. All monies over our PR to the WSO,

2. All monies over our PR to the WSO except hold aside

($200) for future agreements and assignment,

3. 75% of monies over our PR to the WSO; balance held back

pending discussion and agreement on other potential

   recipients/uses,...

...and far to the rear:

4. 50% of monies over our PR to the WSO immediately; the

remainder held back pending agreement on who is to

receive it / how we are to use it.

I simply can not vote in favor of designating percentages

of our past, current, and future funds to entities and

uses which have yet to be clearly defined, understood,

or even agreed upon.

Jerry
