Hi Melanie,

Emee, I think the math is off below.  For 19 persons, 2/3 is 13 people.  (I

Thanks Melanie............... you are correct...2/3 of 19 would be 13 (smile).
Ok, then, so we are using the 2/3% majority on this issue and the abstain votes could change the quorum. Thanks for getting back to me.
