I have come to know Sandy as an Al-Anon "traditionalist" through her ESH and sitting in other business meetings with her here.  I believe the Traditions are very important and I have always felt they guide her.  Every once in awhile  our meetings get a little off course, which happens in any meeting, and it takes strong Al-Anon to persevere.   Sandy seems to meet the criteria and is willing.  And she won't be alone.
