Thanks for the question Jerry.  I was thinking of this last night when someone was asking for family advice. I would have to say that off the top I am strict, however, I am getting better at not reacting immediately to a share and would talk to someone else before dealing with a situation.  That is, someone with experience such as yourself, Steve, Secretary etc.,
