I understand the need to reach out during desperate times. But the OT emails have gotten out of hand. It's one thing for a newcomer to vent, but a different matter for someone who has been around ASP for a while. 

We can certainly begin by setting a good example. Even responding to OT emails when needed. 

I like the idea of compiling a list of people who are willing to be a temporary sponsor and/or receive OT emails.
