[Businessmtg] OT emails

Hi all,
I find a lot of the OT emails to be requests for advice from newbies (ESH?), but I do like reading the ones (from both newbies and old timers alike) about resolved problems and issues-and what was done or not done to get there. I think it provides many of us with hope and I would like to see those continue.
That being said, the number of emails is overwhelming, and I personally find myself having to delete more then I want to because I just don't have time to read them all.
I hate rigid, but the more we can stay on-topic, I  think, the more people will stay, and, I hope, the more people will feel comfortable enough to participate. Especially the new people.
I think some of the OT stuff should belong with sponsors, and allowing it to continue unchecked does a disservice to those who may use it to avoid asking someone to sponsor them. For the overwhelmed newbies, maybe we can provide a list of people they can ask for guidance, ESH, or whatever, when they first join and keep the stuff off the main site, unless it belongs there. I think I've been here long enough where I can help with that if necessary.
