I agree with allowing the OT emails to continue. I also agree with compiling a list of people who are willing to serve as a temporary online sponsor for newbies.  

Perhaps the guidelines  about sharing 
could be sent by the greeters?  I think any newcomers meeting needs to be separate from our regular ASP meeting. Can people sign up for it like we have our business meetings?
