Thanks everyone for all of this great participation!

Based on what I am reading and if I think about my F2F I do think this 
issue is due in part of the inability for folks to find a sponsor.  In a 
face to face meeting if a newcomer or someone in general starts sharing 
in an unhealthy way - usually an old-timer will ask them to stay after 
and speak with someone or encourage them to get a sponsor.

I do think it would be great if we could find a way to do sponsorship in 
ASP -this would allow us to push OT conversations to a sponsor which is 
really where they belong rather than to the whole group, where it can be 
distracting an overwhelming.
