One member did bring up that when OT with ESH is requested there responses from members that can be advicey or opinionated. The cool thing about this group, though, is that you get so many responses (many times from people who have dealt with what you are) you can take what you like and leave the rest. I have gotten advice and some pretty weird responses, but I get the same at my F2F group sometimes. It's helping me to learn principles over personalities. 

I liked one idea that a monthly newsletter could be sent out to remind everyone what the format should be and how to share. (I might need this too :) 

I like the idea that "OT" is our group sponsor. :)
