There have been some great ideas on this subject.  I do read all of the
emails I receive, Daily Topic as well as Off Topic.  I seldom delete the
Off Topic emails immediately in order to think about it in hopes I can
offer some kind of ESH.  I too, have wondered if anyone responded to and/or
offered any kind of ESH to these members who are obviously in pain.

What about possibly two members to take care of Off Topic responses and be
a mentor/sponsor.  Two members that could work together so that one person
alone doesn't become overwhelmed or overloaded?

I think it would be more organized to have Off Topic shares in a separate
place.  As I said before, we can focus directly on the Daily Topic and Off
Topic as we see fit.  One thing Tradition 5 tells us is to welcome and give
comfort to families of alcoholics.
