I find that many OT shares are from people that are new to Al-Anon and ASP,
hurting so deeply,
confused and desperate. Been there too.

I like the idea of a "gentle" reminder, either open to the meeting, or
directly to the member...
encouraging them to seek out another member to share with, or better yet,
find a sponsor to
share their intimate details.

We are here to share ESH to help each other.  With compassion.  It is
humbling to read a
new ASP members cries for help.  But in face to face meetings, some just
sit there and cry.
And then someone else will give them a hug AND ESH.  To me, a gentle
reminder is like a hug,
and the words of ESH.

Who would do this?  How it would be conveyed?
Haven't gotten that far yet.
