I think it might work as a Newcomer's meeting if when the Welcome email
goes out, we respond (or at least some do) with the things we would say to
a newcomer in a face to face meeting.
If I had heard your newcomer stories when I first came to this group I
think it would have helped.  I think it would be valuable also to find out
if they have years of face to face meetings and a great home group, or
brand new and no program at all.  We are committed to helping them through
the program, where to start is good to know.
