[Businessmtg] Business Meeting - Off Topic Emails

Just my thoughts.....OT emails should be able to be sent by all members.
However, sending them to a different email would keep them all in one
place.  If members want to read them, they can.  If they don't, they can
disregard them.  I read them because I might be able to offer a little
ESH.  Or even gain some.

But, I like being able to stay focused on the Daily Topic.  I definitely
would like to see only the emails from the Daily Chairs and members
shares.  I know at times we receive emails from the List Administrator,
etc. but not to the extreme number of OT emails.
