Arlene shared on Saturday that she automatically just sends the Daily Topic
to new members.  I think that would be the easiest way to do it.  Are the
Daily Chairs notified of new members in the same email that all members
receive?  If so, then either the Daily Chairs would need to closely monitor
their emails or be sent a list of new members by the Greeting Chair.

Just my thoughts.
