If what you said about #2 and #3 topics for discussion is right, Sandie,
perhaps we need to discuss #3, an overwhelming amount of emails sent to
newcomers upon joining, before discussing #2, adding more email to the
Greeters' duties.
Even with almost 40 years in f2f Al-Anon on numerous service levels and in
OL Al-Anon for over 20years, again in many service levels, I was inundated
by the amount of information I was sent. Perhaps an address with caption
to find certain subjects (tech info, Newcomer to the program, Sponsorship,
The Three Legacies, Guidelines for Participation, etc.) would help to cut
down on so much wordy information.
My thoughts,
