[Businessmtg] Item #2 coming to a close...

I've seen comments both ways. 

There were some suggestions about forwarding the day's meeting to new
members. However, there were also several comments about how new members are
overwhelmed already (duh) and sending them yet one more thing would be a
waste and/or mistake.

What I haven't seen is anything even remotely resembling a consensus. Since
ASP follows the KBDM process instead of normal Parliamentary Procedure, we
do NOT take polls or vote until there is a consensus. 

We have a very specific process that we follow that is clearly outlined on
the ASP website.  We need to follow that process.

Hi,

I haven't seen too many opinions offered lately on the item #2 on the
agenda:

"Having the greeters forward the current day's meeting to new members"

If there are no more comments, I would like to have a poll done of the
members to see if this is something we can have the steering committee
implement.

Our webmaster is going to set up the poll and will let you know when it is
ready.
