[Businessmtg] Item #2 and call for poll

It is quite appropriate under Knowledge Based Decision Making to call for a poll or just ask for a consensus on whether we want to continue discussing the item. We don't continue discussing something on and on. It would be like flogging a dead horse. 

The next item on the agenda is a discussion on sending less to the new members or handling the welcomes different.
