[Businessmtg] First order of business: Resumes

[ASP Secretary]

Hi everyone,

We are electing the Archivist and Treasurer during this month's business
meeting.

The Archivist maintains a record of motions and actions during business
meetings. In addition, a wish has been expressed in the Steering Committee
to have the archivist compile a single document from the various parts of
the website that can be used to refer to when questions of policy come up
in the steering committee or business meetings. The term starts immediately
and runs for 3 years.

The Treasurer handles our finances, which includes costs for the servers
and hosting, as well as passing the basket. The term of office will start
in February of 2017 and run for 3 years.

At this point in the business meeting I would like to receive resumes from
those interested in either or both positions.
