The goal of KBDM may be to have unanimity on every discussion and decision but the reality is that you will not always have 100%.  The goal with KBDM is substantial unanimity! 

If every discussion carried on until you reached 100%  here in ASP we would never get to the motion stage. At a certain point the Chairperson has to call a vote or so for a motion. 

Keep it Simple!
