Thanks for taking the time to do that Jerry.

I actually thought that the KBDM process meant that we should talk about an
issue and not express an opinion until it was time to vote. So... I didn't
express one per se other than to favor an online poll over emails as a
general rule.

I don't think s/he ever needed our permission, but since Laura has
requested the approval of the Business Meeting, I am, for the record, in
favor of the Secretary requesting a show of hands, and I think that s/he
should do it however s/he chooses, either by online poll or via email.
