[Businessmtg] Addition to the Motion

Motion by Jerry:

"The Business Committee Chair may call for a straw poll during the
discussion of an Agenda Item, but before a motion is formed, in order
to collect committee attendees' positions and input which may help form a
motion that is acceptable to a substantial majority."

I further move that we add the following statement:

"The method of taking the straw poll is entirely up to the chair, whether
via email or online poll."

I can add this as a second item and we can vote on it separately, or else
we can vote on the whole thing as one motion, which I think is preferable.
