[Businessmtg] Moving on to the last item on the agenda.

Our last item on the agenda is a discussion item. There will be no motions
or voting on any idea put forth during this discussion. It was requested to
get ideas from the business meeting.

The agenda item reads, "Discuss how our individual welcome emails swamp new
members and may cause them to unsubscribe within a day"

We will discuss this issue until the end of our business meeting, September
30. If at that time, people feel it needs to be discussed further in
November, we can table the issue until then.

I am looking forward to hearing your ideas and thoughts.
